For readability, gender-specific double forms are not used. All references to persons apply to all genders.

This privacy policy may be amended at any time without prior notice. The version published on our website applies.

13. Use of the Website

13.1 Hosting, Database and Email

Our website runs on Google Cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud EMEA Limited, Ireland) in a data centre in the European Union (Paris, France). Website content and information submitted through forms is stored in a database at Scaleway SAS in Paris, France. When you visit the website, technical data (e.g. IP address, browser, date and time of access, page visited) is automatically stored in log files. This data is used to operate the website securely and reliably.

We use Google Workspace for our email communication. With Google, processing of data outside Switzerland and the EEA, in particular in the USA, cannot be ruled out. Google LLC is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; Google’s contractual data protection guarantees (standard contractual clauses) also apply.

13.2 Cookies

Our website does not set cookies when you visit it and does not use any analytics, tracking or advertising services. A technically necessary session cookie is set only when authorised staff log in to the protected administration area.

13.3 Contact and Registration Forms

When you contact us through a form or request a trial day, we process the information you provide (e.g. name, email address, phone number, message, details about your child) solely to answer your enquiry. The information is stored in our database and forwarded to us by email.

13.4 Links to Social Networks

Our website contains simple links to our profiles on Facebook and LinkedIn. No content from these providers is embedded; data is only transmitted when you click a link and open the provider’s page, where the provider’s privacy policy applies.
